Description
Latex membranes are one of the required accessories for sealing the soil samples within the triaxial cell. These membranes are made from impermeable latex rubber for different soil sample sizes from 12 mm to 600 mm diameter samples. The length of each membrane varies based on the sample diameter, ensuring complete coverage from the sample’s top and base of the pedestal to the disc. There is ample surplus material to facilitate the doubling over of the O-rings. Each package contains 10 latex membranes. The membranes can be ordered in thin (0.2~0.3 mm), thick (0.4~0.6 mm) and extra thick (more than 1 mm) types.
